Shelton – State Senator Kevin C. Kelly (R-21) and State Representatives Jason Perillo (R-113) and Larry Miller (R-122) joined constituents for a “Coffee With Your Legislators” event at the Plaza Diner located at 737 Bridgeport Avenue on Thursday, June 7th.

“It is always a pleasure to speak with taxpayers over a cup of coffee,” said Senator Kevin Kelly. “During this year’s legislative session, I focused on the important issues of jobs, the economy, our seniors, and more. I am always interested in hearing your thoughts on these issues.”

“Hearing from the residents of Shelton on the issues they care about is crucial to the democratic process. I want to know what you have to say about what can do to rejuvenate Connecticut’s economy,” said Rep. Jason Perillo.

“I want to thank those who came out to voice their concerns to us. We appreciate their input,” said Rep. Lawrence Miller.

The legislators spoke with constituents about the 2012 legislative session, including the state budget, job creation, economic development, education reform and many other issues.
