Update for Seymour, Monroe Residents

In the aftermath of this weekend’s snowstorm, there are shelters and warming centers open in our area.

Shelters are open in:

Monroe: Monroe Senior Center, 235 Cutlers Farm Road; Warming at Edith Wheeler Memorial Library (9:00am-9:00pm until Friday)

Showers available at Lakewood Trumbull YMCA, 20 Trefoil Dr, Trumbull (5:15am-9:00pm Monday through Friday) and at Masuk High School (6:00am-4:00pm through Friday)

Non-potable water will be available at the Monroe Police Department and Stevenson Station #2 on RT 111. Local grocery stores will have drinking water available for sale.

Seymour: Seymour Middle School, 211 Mountain Road
