On November 21, State Sen. Jason Welch visited the Plymouth Food Pantry to take part in the mass distribution of Thanksgiving food to needy area families.

Welch urged area businesses and residents to contact the Plymouth Food Pantry www.plymouthfoodpantry.org or call 860-584-1750 to get more information on how to donate.

“I thank the food pantry director Erin Kennedy – and all the volunteers at the food pantry – for the tremendous work they do for our community,” Welch said. “Donations – however large or small – make such a positive difference and have a major impact on our neighbors. Please do what you can to help.”
