Sen. Kissel Hears from Windsor Locks Taxpayers [Photos]

State Senator John A. Kissel held a “Senator on Your Sidewalk” event outside of the Walgreens on Elm Street in Windsor Locks on Tuesday afternoon (Oct 18).

Outside of Walgreens, Kissel spoke to a number of area residents and listened to their concerns about state government and taxes.

Kissel, who is preparing for the legislature’s special Oct. 26 Jobs Session, opposed the record state tax hikes levied this summer.
