Hartford CT – Senator Tony Guglielmo reacts to Governor Dannel Malloy’s State of the State Address.

“None of these tax increases was unexpected. The problems have been mounting for such a long time that getting out of this is going to take real cuts by the Governor and the legislature,” said Senator Guglielmo. “When you get yourself into a hole this deep you stop digging. If we can get responsible cuts to spending and we can agree on a deal, then we might be able to climb out.”
