Senate, House Republicans offer alternative budget [Video]

State Senator John McKinney joined House Minority Leader Larry Cafero on Monday to put forth an alternative budget with a balanced tax and spending plan that will not raise taxes, streamlines government and will avoid potentially huge budget deficits in the coming years.
