Senator Kissel Welcomes Local Library Officials on “Senator Kissel & Friends”
March 15, 2004Senator John A. Kissel, R-Enfield, welcomes the Directors of three local libraries on this month’s edition of ” Senator Kissel and Friends . ” Among his guests are Henry Dutcher, M.L.I.S., Director of Libraries for the Enfield Public Library, Francine Aloisa, Director of the Somers Public Library, and Tony Bernardo, Director of the Suffield Library. This episode will be shown throughout the month of March and into April.
“Senator Kissel & Friends” is shown on Cox Cable Channel 15 on Mondays at 9:30 p.m
“Libraries are such a valuable resource to any community,” said Sen. Kissel. “In North-Central Connecticut we are very fortunate to have such wonderful libraries. I am very pleased to welcome my guests to this month’s show to discuss the upcoming events at each library.”
In addition, Sen. Kissel said that his guests will also discuss new initiatives, reading hours and author visits. “This is a fun program that has a lot of great information,” said Sen. Kissel. “I hope people tune-in and enjoy the program.”
