Senator Kissel Happily Announces New Addition To Family

Senator John A. Kissel, R-Enfield, and his wife, Cynthia, joyfully announce the birth of their second child, Tristan Samuel Kissel.

Senator Kissel said his oldest son, Nathaniel, 8, is a delighted and proud big brother.

“Nathaniel has waited a long time to be a big brother, and I do not believe that Cynthia and I could have given him a better, or more welcome, Christmas present. Actually, I don’t think that Cynthia or I could have a better, or more welcome, Christmas gift,” said Senator Kissel.

Tristan Samuel was born at 7:25 p.m. on December 15th, at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. He weighed eight pounds, five ounces, and was 20 inches long.
