State Senator George S. Logan (R-Ansonia) issued the following statement regarding his recount victory in the 17th State Senate District:

Every vote has been counted.

I had a dedicated team, and I thank them and the voters.

I love serving all the people of the 17th District.

I will continue to work hard to help improve the quality of life for people in our state.
