Remember how Gov. Malloy used our state credit card to borrow $10 million – (yes, $10 million!) – for yet another CT Tolls Study?

Malloy’s reasoning for the $10 million study was based on a very mysterious revenue calculation by his Transportation Commissioner.

I’ve repeatedly asked DOT for those mysterious calculations….and I have been stonewalled every step of the way!
