An update for the “Know-Nothings”: Legal action has been filed to stop the governor!

August 22, 2018

In a recent press conference, outgoing Gov. Dan Malloy re-emphasized the need for Connecticut to conduct a $10 million taxpayer-funded Toll Study.

Last month, the governor succeeded in borrowing $10 million of your money for the study.

Did you know that a legal action has been filed to stop the governor from spending this money?

That’s right, an injunction has been requested to stop the governor from abusing his authority!

Gov. Malloy displayed arrogance in saying the following about people who oppose tolls in Connecticut:

“I worry that some in modern-day Connecticut are subscribing to their own Know-Nothing philosophy.”
