Good News! Senate passes insurance parity for people with lost limbs.

I am pleased to report the State Senate’s passage of a bill to provide insurance coverage for prosthetic devices that is at least equivalent to that provided under Medicare.

Connecticut Amputee Network Co-founder and Hamden resident Herb Kolodny (pictured) frequently attends my coffee hour events, and I thank Herb for his advocacy on this important issue.
