Sen. Linares Votes for Bipartisan Budget that Restores Education Funding and Caps State Spending

You may have heard that the state Senate and House passed a bipartisan budget with veto-proof margins.  I voted in favor of that budget, which restores education and municipal funding cut by the Governor’s executive order. It also caps spending and bonding to help control state spending.
