Nighttime Bridge Maintenance, I-95 Southbound in Stonington
October 23, 2017The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that a nighttime bridge maintenance project will be performed on I-95 Southbound in Stonington, starting Monday, October 23.
The project consists of bridge maintenance on I-95 in Stonington on the bridges listed below:
- Taugwonk Road Overpass
- Mystic Reservoir & Local Road Overpass
- Jerry Browne Road Overpass
- Route 27, Whithall Avenue Overpass
The project is scheduled to occur from 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Monday, October 23 through the morning of Friday, November 17.
LANE CLOSURE INFORMATION
Motorists can expect various lane closures on I-95 Southbound in Stonington between Exit 92 and Exit 89. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. Regular work is scheduled Monday through Thursday.
Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
