Call Your Democrat Lawmakers Today!

October 5, 2017

Despite Governor Malloy’s veto of the bipartisan budget passed out of the general assembly we must continue to work for a veto override so that Connecticut families have a state budget.

To this day the bipartisan budget passed by the general assembly remains the only viable option to move our state forward.

The only alternative is the governor’s executive order which will cause teacher layoffs, reductions in core social services, property tax increases and significant school cuts.

Call Your Democrat Lawmakers Today!

Our bipartisan budget increases education funding, provides for municipal mandate relief, funds core social services, prioritizes transportation, reduces the size of government and supports our seniors.

Our budget is ready to be enacted Today!

But we need your help to override the governor’s veto!

Here is how you can help:

  1. Call House Democrats at 860 240-8500
  2. Call Senate Democrats at 860 240-8600
  3. Tell them, “I am a CT taxpayer. I support the bipartisan budget. Do your job and override Governor Malloy’s veto, and help get our state back on track!”
