You Can Help Thomaston Fire Department Help Victims of Hurricane Harvey

The wonderful men and women of the Thomaston Volunteer Fire Department are collecting donations of money, nonperishable food, clothing and other supplies to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey. They also need volunteers to help sort, organize, and load items into semi-tractor trailers that will headed to the Houston area.

On this Labor Day weekend, any time or donations you can spare will help our Southern neighbors who are in desperate need.

The firehouse at 245 South Main Street in Thomaston is collecting donations through Sunday, September 3. They begin each day at 9 a.m. and are open till dusk. They have posted a list of items needed on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ThomastonFD/.
