Sen. Len Suzio (right) listens to taxpayers during his Aug. 30 “Pizza & Politics” event at Castello’s Pizza in Meriden.  Taxpayers gathered to discuss the state budget impasse, Suzio’s efforts to preserve state funding for Meriden, and his fight to prevent the passage of a new state tax on heating oil.  Residents were able to sign Suzio’s “Pass A Budget” petition which can also be signed online atwww.SenatorSuzio.com.  On the web:  www.castellopizzact.com.  Sen.
