CHESHIRE – Sen. Len Suzio (center) on July 14 met with Cheshire taxpayers for coffee at McDonald’s.  Sen. Suzio informed taxpayers about the Connecticut Senate Republican Budget solution he is endorsing.  The Senate Republican plan protects Cheshire property taxpayers and Cheshire education funding. Read it in line-by-line detail at www.NewDirectionCT.com.  Sen. Suzio pointed out that if Gov. Malloy’s executive order remains in place, Cheshire will receive $8,650,240 less in education funding and lose more than $12 million in total.  Sen. Suzio is urging area residents to help him protect Cheshire by calling House Democrats at 860 240-8500 and Senate Democrats at 860 240-8600 and urge them to “Allow a debate on the Senate Republican Budget.” On the web:www.SenatorSuzio.com .
