State Senator Henri Martin (R-31) met with representatives of the Arc of Litchfield County (LARC) during the Arc of Connecticut’s Legislative Reception at the state Capitol.

LARC Director of Development Christine Emery and Executive Director Larry Casella told Sen. Martin about LARC’s programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. One of LARC’s programs is Camp MOE, which helps children with and without special needs learn about natures and have fun.

“LARC provides such wonderful programs that help those with special needs enrich their lives and more fully participate in society,” Sen. Martin said. “I am always impressed by the good work they do.”

Sen. Martin represents the communities of Bristol, Harwinton, Plainville, Plymouth, and Thomaston.
