Naugatuck Octogenarian Honored by Sen. Logan at State Capitol

Charlotte Butler of Naugatuck (left) on May 25 was honored at the State Capitol by Sen. George S. Logan (right). Last month, Butler earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Post University in Waterbury. Logan presented Butler with an Official Citation and commended her on setting an excellent example for people of all ages across the state. Butler, who will turn 85 years old in June, received a warm ovation from the full Connecticut State Senate.
