Tesla Ready to Bring Jobs, Innovation to Connecticut
May 22, 2017Tesla has told Connecticut lawmakers that it is ready to invest millions of dollars in jobs and sales and service locations in our state if we approve its direct sales model. The state Department of Labor reported that Connecticut recovered only 75% of the jobs lost since 2008. We should be welcoming Tesla, the only American car manufacturer that is hiring, not laying off workers.
