Nighttime Bridge Maintenance along I-95 in Stratford
April 10, 2017The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced that a nighttime bridge maintenance project will be performed on various bridges on I-95, Northbound and Southbound in Stratford, through Friday, June 30th. Lane closures will be necessary.
Work hours will be from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday evenings, weather permitting.
The following bridges will be included in the construction project:
- Honeyspot Road Overpass
- South Avenue Overpass
- Rt. 130, Stratford Avenue Overpass
- West Broad Street Overpass
- Church Street Overpass
Motorists can expect lane closures Northbound and Southbound between Exit 30, Surf Avenue to Exit 32 Linden Avenue, and Exit 33, Northbound Rt. 130, in Stratford.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
