Construction Projects Announced

Surveying Project Announced This WeekendThe Connecticut Department of Transportation has also announced that a surveying project will be performed on the Merritt Parkway Northbound in Greenwich, starting Saturday, April 29^th.

Motorists can expect lane closures on the Merritt Parkway Northbound between Exit 27, Route 120A and Exit 33, Den Road in Greenwich. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.

Bridge Repairs along I-95 between Greenwich and Darien and Lane Closures on Merritt Parkway The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that repairs will be performed on five bridges on I-95 Northbound and Southbound in Greenwich, Stamford and Darien starting Monday, May 1^st.

Work is scheduled to occur Monday, May 1^st through Friday, June 2^nd. No work will be performed on Memorial Day Weekend. Regular work is scheduled from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.

Lane Closure Information

Motorists can expect lane closures on Interstate 95 Northbound and Southbound between Exit 4, Indian Field Road and Exit 13 US 1, Boston Post Road.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.
