Sen. Berthel Takes Oath of Office

With his family and Senate Republican President Pro Tempore Len Fasano looking on, Sen. Eric Berthel on Mar. 3 took the Oath of Office in the historic Senate Chamber of the State Capitol. Berthel won the Feb. 28 special election to fill the vacant seat in the 32nd Senate District. He will serve on several legislative panels, including the Insurance and Real Estate (Vice-Chair), Banking (Vice-Chair), Appropriations, Judiciary, and Internship Committees.
