Connecticut residents are already taxed enough

Connecticut residents are already taxed enough as it is, yet there are several bill proposals which will add another tax in the form of Connecticut tolls.
The bills are as follows:

• S.B. No. 751 AN ACT ESTABLISHING ELECTRONIC TOLLS ON CONNECTICUT’S HIGHWAYS USING A CONGESTION PRICING SYSTEM. (www.cga.ct.gov/2017/TOB/s/2017SB-00751-R00-SB.htm)
• H.B. No. 6058 AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC TOLLS. (www.cga.ct.gov/2017/TOB/h/2017HB-06058-R00-HB.htm)
