Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

America is a vastly different place today than it was 75 years ago when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. We are truly blessed as a nation.

American lost some of its innocence on that day, and the soldiers that did make it home from that awful war lost so much more. It took a long time for many of them to tell what they saw and of the sacrifices that were made for our country.

Most of our WWII veterans are no longer here to tell us their stories, but we cannot allow ourselves and our children to forget what President Franklin Delano Roosevelt called “a day which will live in infamy.” We must continue to honor the heroism of and price paid by those brave men and women who defended our freedoms. They deserve nothing less.
