I believe we must address our state budget issues immediately.

If we wait for months and months to fix our problems, our problems will only grow worse to the point where solutions become more difficult to achieve.

If the can keeps getting kicked down the road, the Democrats in Hartford are going to look for another tax increase yet again.

We should sit down together now, as Democrats and Republicans.

So what are we waiting for?
