Daytime Closure of Route 110 in Stratford Scheduled

The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced that there will be a closure of Route 110 in Stratford for the replacement of the bridge over Freeman Brook.

roadworkOn November 29th, all traffic on Route 110 will be detoured onto Main Street starting at 9:00 a.m. – construction work is scheduled to be completed by 4:00 p.m.

Road Closure Information

Motorists traveling Northbound on Route 110 will be detoured onto Main Street near Pecks Mill Pond and continue North on Main Street until rejoining Route 110 near the intersection of Route 15.

Motorists traveling Southbound on Route 110 will be detoured onto Main Street and continue South on Main Street until rejoining Route 110 near Pecks Mill Pond.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
