Nighttime Merritt Ramp Closures Wednesday and Thursday Evening

As part of the ongoing safety improvements, the CT DOT is scheduling the nighttime closure of the northbound Merritt Parkway on/off ramps Exit 33 Den Road and Exit 34 Long Ridge Road in Stamford and New Canaan on Wednesday, July 27 and Thursday, July 28 for paving.

CLOSURE DETAILS

Northbound Exit 33 Den Road Off Ramp:
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Wednesday for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Exit 34 Long Ridge Rd, left on Long Ridge Rd , right on Route 15 SB to exit 33 Den Rd, Left on Bangall Rd, left on River Bank, left on Roxbury Rd, left on Den Rd.

Northbound Exit 33 Den Road On Ramp:
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Wednesday for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Den Rd, right on Roxbury Rd, right on River Bank Rd, right on Bangall Rd, Right on Den Rd to 15 SB to exit 31, Right on North St, left on Route 15 NB.

Northbound Exit 34 Long Ridge Road Off Ramp:
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Thursday for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Route 15 NB to exit 35, left on High Ridge, right on Rte 15 Sb to exit 34 Long Ridge Rd.

Northbound Exit 34 Long Ridge Road On Ramp (short):
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Thursday for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Route 15 SB to exit 33, to Den Rd, left on Bangall Rd, left on River Bank Rd , left on Roxbury Rd, left on Den Rd to 15 NB.

Northbound Exit 34 (Long Ridge Road On Ramp (long):
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Thursday for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Route 15 SB to exit 33, to Den Rd, left on Bangall Rd, left on River Bank Rd, left on Roxbury Rd, left on Den Rd to 15 NB.
