St. Mary Magdalen Middle School Gets $5,000 Boost; Sen. Kane Presents Check

St. Mary Magdalen Middle School on Mar. 21 was awarded a $5,000 grant from AT&T Connecticut for classroom technology improvements.

Sen. Rob Kane, who presented the check to the school, noted that the grant is testament to the hard work of the entire St. Mary Magdalen School community.

“This award recognizes the dedication of the students, parents and educators St. Mary Magdalen,” Sen. Kane said. “It is well-deserved, and we thank AT&T Connecticut.”

“A strong foundation is the key to success in education,” AT&T Connecticut Director of External Affairs Harry Carey said. “We are delighted to support this program and help prepare students for many more accomplishments in later years. We applaud the commitment of everyone involved with St. Mary Magdalen.”
