Sen. Tony Hwang (at left) on Mar. 18 welcomed the Business Council of Fairfield County to the State Capitol. Sen. Hwang, a member of the legislature’s Commerce Committee, discussed his efforts to improve the business climate in Fairfield County and throughout Connecticut. The Business Council of Fairfield County mobilizes business, political and community leaders around major issues to make the region a viable business locale. Sen.
