You can help us honor fallen soldiers

At noon this Tuesday, Feb. 23, a public hearing will be held at the Legislative Office Building on a resolution to honor America’s fallen soldiers.

This resolution (https://www.cga.ct.gov/2016/TOB/s/2016SJ-00029-R00-SB.htm) calls for the following:

1. On the 21st Day of the Month, the Flag of the United States to be flown at Half Staff for 24 hours (Citizens, Government, Public and Private Entities included)
2. On the 21st Day of the Month, Americans shall have the right to pause for 21 Seconds duration in each time zone at high noon including Citizens, Schools, Government, Public and Private Entities and the News Media.
