Lofts to Fill Former Textile Mill

Hartford, CT – State Senator Tony Guglielmo (R-Stafford) joins Representative Tim Ackert (R-Tolland), Representative Claire Janowski (D-Vernon), in presenting developers Marc Levine and Joseph Vallone with a general assembly citation congratulating them on the opening of the Loom City Lofts in Rockville.

The former textile mill is being converted into affordable housing and commercial space. The building is an historic district within Rockville a section of Vernon.

The lofts are studio spaces up to 1,300 square feet and overlook the Snipsic Reservoir.
