Three Upcoming Local Events Where We Can Talk

My commitment to our community is truly only possible when I am connected to the heart and soul of it – people like you!

It’s with that in mind that I am excited to announce three upcoming events where we’ll have a chance to meet and chat. The event details are as follows:

• Monday, Aug. 17: ‘Pizza & Politics’ event from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Southport Brewing Company, 2600 Post Road in Fairfield. More information here.
• Wednesday, Aug. 19: Town hall style forum with the Newtown delegation in the C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street in Newtown. More information here.
• Saturday, Aug. 22: The Weston delegation will host coffee hours from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at The Lunch Box, 190 Weston Road in Weston. More information here.

I hope you can make one of these events because they are designed with you in mind. They allow us to connect in person where it is most convenient for you, and they provide me with an opportunity to listen and learn from you and help ensure I am doing the best possible job representing you in Hartford.

Of course, I’m often out and about around town – at other community events and supporting our local small businesses – and I hope that you’ll say “hi” and strike up conversation when you see me.
