A Tax on the Number of Miles You Drive?

At the State Capitol, a new “mileage tax” for Connecticut residents is being discussed.

The idea is to levy a tax according to the number of miles you drive.

Top Democratic leaders of the state Senate are refusing to rule it “in” or “out”.

I am in strong opposition to this idea. I know many of you are as well.

We need to make sure the mileage tax idea stalls before it gets momentum.

What can you do?

3) Call House Democrats at 800-842-1902.
