State Senator Kevin Witkos from Canton says removing the sales tax exemption on clothing and footwear that costs less than $50 and making changes elsewhere sounds like bait and switch. As for transportation funding he applauds the Governor for setting up a non partisan advisory board on the issue, but says he is concerned tolls will be a future funding mechanism.
