Sen. Martin Tours a Thomaston Treasure

Sen. Henri Martin on Mar. 20 toured the Seth Thomas-Bradstreet House in Thomaston. The House has stood on Main Street at least since 1838. Seth Thomas was the famed clockmaker whose company would attain an international reputation. “The house is a treasure,” Sen. Martin said. “I am so appreciative of the rich history here, and I look forward to doing all I can to promote this gem.” Attached photo, left to right: Seth Thomas-Bradstreet House volunteer Tom Calvello, Thomaston Historical Commission Chairman Joe Wassong, Sen.
