I told Brad that Connecticut residents still have time to voice opposition to the proposed CL&P rate hike.
This rate hike, if approved by state regulators, would raise consumers’ bills by $150 a year.
The state’s final public hearing on the rate hike request is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Friday, Sep. 26 at the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) office, 10 Franklin Square, New Britain.
Those who cannot attend may email comments on the proposed rate hike to [email protected].
Put “Docket Number 14-05-06” in the email’s subject line, and cc the email to [email protected] .
