Sen. Kissel Hosts Senior Tech Workshop at Enfield Senior Center

Sen. John A. Kissel and AT&T Connecticut hosted a June 11 event in Enfield to help seniors learn how to use their cell phones and other new technologies in order to stay better connected with family and friends.

The free workshop at the Enfield Senior Center was attended by more than 25 seniors.

“These new technologies are exciting and they can help seniors stay connected to family and friends like never before,” said Sen. Kissel. “But sometimes learning about a new technology can be difficult, and that’s why this event was aimed at helping demonstrate these new technologies and answering questions about how to use them. The turnout was excellent, and I thank area seniors for stopping by. We all learned a lot.”
