Realtor Day at the Capitol

Hartford, CT – State Senator Tony Guglielmo (R-Stafford) joined local real-estate agents at the legislative office building this week for Realtor Day at the Capitol in Hartford.

While in Hartford the realtors met with lawmakers and discussed a variety of issues including: foreclosure by market sale, changes to the tax structure, flood/shoreline management & insurance, smoke detector & carbon monoxide detector affidavits, and others affecting property owners and the market.

For thirty years realtors from around the state have been visiting the Capitol to provide their perspective on legislation that affects the state’s real estate market.
