Sen. Boucher Visits Focus on Connecticut

Hartford, CT – State Senator Toni Boucher (R-Wilton) recently joined News 12 Connecticut’s Tom Appleby for a visit on the cable outlet’s Focus on Connecticut political show. Sen. Boucher often appears on the show to talk about policy changes and proposals being discussed at the state legislature in Hartford. The upcoming legislative session begins February 5th. The focus will be on making adjustments to the state budget. Mental health, transportation and education policies are also expected to be topics of debate.

Sen. Boucher represents the 26th district towns of New Canaan, Westport, Wilton, Ridgefield, Redding, Bethel and Weston. She is the ranking member on both the Education and Higher Education Committees of the General Assembly. As well as ranking member of the Transportation Committee.
