In Westbrook: Promoting Shoreline Pet Adoption, Thanking Volunteers

Sen. Art Linares (left) and Rep. Tom Vicino (center) on May 4 visited “Open Adoption Day” at Forgotten Felines in Westbrook to thank local volunteers. At right is volunteer Laura Stroehlein. Forgotten Felines (www.forgottenfelinesct.org) was founded over 15 years ago to help meet the growing needs of the homeless cat population on the Connecticut shoreline. Its service area includes Guilford, Madison, Clinton, Killingworth, Westbrook, Old Saybrook, Essex, Ivoryton, Deep River and Chester.
