Senator Len Fasano Recognized for Support of Connecticut Businesses

Hartford, CT – Senator Len Fasano (R-North Haven) received recognition for his role in the East Haven legislative delegation’s support for new laws affecting Connecticut Businesses. The event was held at the NexGen headquarters in East Haven on Tuesday, September 26.

“I am honored to receive this accolade,” said Sen. Fasano. “NexGen is a public safety software solutions company that has consistently been the leader in its industry. We should be applauding their efforts and making sure they have support from local leaders.”

Sen. Fasano points out that one of the top priorities for state government is to keep people safe. That is a priority of this company and means new innovations, which translates into job security.

NexGen provides software solutions to meet the public safety needs of state agencies and municipalities throughout Connecticut.

“NexGen is responsible for the Connecticut Public Safety Data Network – a critical tool in protecting the safety of Connecticut citizens,” said Sal Annunziato, Managing Principal of NexGen.

“This data network will allow public safety personnel to share important information with first responders in a fast reliable way,” said Sen. Fasano.

NexGen also recognized, Representatives Vincent Candelora and James Albis at the event. The occasion was attended by state and local officials, chamber of commerce representatives and law enforcement personnel.
