FLOOD WATCH ISSUED FOR HARTFORD, TOLLAND AND WINDHAM COUNTIES…

At this time this appears to be a significant impact event with the potential for widespread tree damage in some areas and a significant number of power outages. Hail damage is also possible in a few areas.

The Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection will continue to monitor this severe weather threat from the Armory in Hartford.
