Traffic Alert

I have important traffic information to share with you if you travel the Meritt Parkway.

Tree cutting will take place every SATURDAY until October 1st along the Meritt Parkway.

Affected areas:
Exit 42 (Route 57) in Westport
Exit 46 (Jefferson/Congress St.) in Fairfield.

Department of Transportation work crews are scheduled to begin at 6:00 a.m. and end at 1:30 p.m.

Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
