Senator Toni Boucher Attends Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation’s 50th Anniversary Celebration

On January 27, State Senator Toni Boucher attended Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation’s 50th anniversary celebration. She joined Governor M. Jodi Rell, who serves as the honorary chairperson during Fidelco’s 50th anniversary, in recognizing the organization’s golden anniversary and the state’s appreciation of the organization mission of proving the highest quality of guide dog services to people with visual disabilities.

To mark this milestone, Senator Boucher presented Eliot D. Russman, CEO and Executive Director of the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation and a resident of Redding, a General Assembly citation.
